Thursday, February 27 | 8:00 AM – 9:15 AM | Regency Main

Creating a workplace where every employee feels valued and empowered to contribute their ideas remains essential in agriculture. According to the Department of Labor, “Farmworkers are at high risk for fatalities and injuries.” The challenge we all face is: how do we change this? This session will explore the role of psychological safety in the workplace and its impact on our operations. The dialogue will highlight how psychological safety contributes to developing a safer, more efficient, and adaptable workplace.
