Michael “Tung” Peterson, a decorated US Naval Flight Officer and TOPGUN graduate, brings over 30 years of leadership and performance expertise to SPARTAN Training & Performance. Now a global consultant, he is also an avid outdoorsman and advocate for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Timothy “Hoolie” Reynolds, a decorated Naval Aviator and former squadron Commanding Officer, brings extensive expertise in leadership, risk management, and teamwork. Now a global performance consultant, he enjoys the Colorado outdoors with his family while supporting high-reliability industries.

HILL

Alexandra Hill, an Assistant Professor of Cooperative Extension at UC Berkeley, researches the US agricultural workforce, focusing on how factors affecting worker well-being influence business outcomes like productivity, profits, and workplace safety.

Kristi Ah You, a proud mother, grandmother, and community member in Modesto, California, is known for her dedicated public service. As the first woman and civilian Chief Deputy Coroner, she has shown unwavering commitment to supporting families during their most difficult times.

JOSH
HUNTSINGER

Josh, Director of Placer County’s Department of Agriculture, Parks, and Natural Resources, oversees agriculture, parks, forest health, and wildfire resiliency efforts. A Cal Poly graduate and longtime county employee, he lives in Grass Valley with his wife and three kids, enjoying outdoor activities like camping and mountain biking.
